MY OPINION
I was only given a sample portion for review purposes, but I have to say that even with that amount, there was a difference.
I added it to my Vanilla Almond milk in the morning. I found that I had a bit more energy than normal. I chase after a 5 year old everyday and keeping up with their energy is a blessings.
This product is PACKED full of nutrients that quite frankly I've been lacking. Nutrients that a lot of us could use. It packs a punch...I personally wonder if that little sample pack did that much for me, then what would a dose everyday do??
Nothing in the ingredients are harmful (but, with everything check with your doctor before hand, just in case you don't play well with an ingredient.).
I plan to recommend this to everyone I know! I have a sister that could totally benefit from this product.
I highly recommend this for everyone.
